A video clip showing the director of a gaming company in Libya insulting his employees because of a complaint from a famous content maker sparked widespread anger and resentment in Libya, prompting the government to open an investigation.

insulting way

In the details, the “Libya Toys” store, which specializes in selling toys and gifts and is located in the capital, Tripoli, published, yesterday, Monday, a video clip on its Facebook page, in which the company’s manager appeared addressing the store’s employees in a humiliating and insulting manner and scolding them, asking them to apologize to the content creator. A celebrity named Mona Maatouk complained to her followers that she was being mistreated inside the store, and this scene sparked widespread anger on social media, amid calls to boycott this store, which prompted the company to delete the video clip from its page.

Activist Hakim Hamza considered that the behavior of the company’s manager against his employees was inappropriate and immoral, indicating that the owner of the company has the right to stand up for his project and direct his employees to preserve his reputation, but not by reprimanding them directly and in front of everyone as an inhumane treatment.
