Journalist Amr Adib praised the appearance of the Colombian-American star Sofia Vergara at the Joy Awards ceremony, which was held on Saturday evening in Riyadh.
Amr Adeeb said during his presentation of the “Al-Hekaya” program on MBC Egypt: “Big names were present, and a few met a surface-to-air missile, but Sofia Vergara is a ballistic missile, not an ordinary missile, and Georgina Ronaldo’s times were a rule in front of me, we are not being pursued.”

He added, “Of course, I was going to take Sophia’s hand and show her the stage.”
Amr Adeeb expressed his admiration for the image that came out of the ceremony, saying: “Our great stars and geniuses were all present. Seriously, I was proud that I was Egyptian, and all Egyptian artists were honored, and the legends of Gulf singing.”
