And a video clip circulated on social media showed how the Al-Rain governorate in Riyadh was subjected to heavy rains, with surface winds and cold weather.
Cloudy skies and rain clouds over 8 regions
In its report on the weather for today, the National Center of Meteorology predicted a partially cloudy to cloudy sky interspersed with rain clouds over parts of 8 regions, namely: the northern border, Qassim, Riyadh, and the Eastern, as well as parts of the regions of Jazan, Asir, Al-Baha, and Makkah Al-Mukarramah.
--Civil Defense calls for caution
While the “Civil Defense” called for the need to take precautions and caution due to the possibility of thunderstorms in parts of the regions of the Kingdom, calling for the need to move away from the places where torrents gather, water swamps, valleys and dams, and not to swim, and to adhere to the instructions.
