Mortada Mansour’s complaint against Kahraba
The text of Zamalek’s complaint to the Football Association, which will be transferred to FIFA against Kahraba, is as follows: –-
Demand that the player continue to be suspended until the fine and interest due to date are paid.
Considering Al-Ahly club defeated in the Smouha match in the Egypt Cup, and considering it defeated in its match with Zamalek Club, given the player’s participation while he was suspended locally and internationally in the two matches due to the failure to pay the fine imposed on him with interest until this moment, as the ruling of the Sports Court gave him six months to pay, otherwise he will continue to be suspended. As stipulated in the list of player transfers in FIFA.
FIFA Transfer Regulations, Article 24/8, stipulates that the suspension is automatically renewed, and the player may not participate in any match before paying the fine imposed on him in favor of Zamalek, and that Al-Ahly included him in official matches, defying the decision of the International Sports Court, by participating without paying this fine or interest.
