Brazilian Dani Alves is living his worst period in Barcelona prison, accused of sexually assaulting a young woman last December 30 in a nightclub in the city, and with the passage of time new information appears about the investigations that the judge conducted with him at the preliminary hearing.

According to the newspaper “El Pais”, the Brazilian judge asked about his monthly income as a player with the Mexican Pumas team, and his answer was wrong, as he said that he does not receive 30 thousand euros per month.

The judge, who was in possession of a copy of the contract, had to correct his words, and explained that Alves had already earned 300,000 euros per month (6 million Mexican pesos) as a player in Fpumas. This amount is paid to him by the club with the help of sponsors, and this is what he lost after the termination of the contract.

Once the legal proceedings against Alves began, the Pumas club did not extend his contract, and exercised his right to unilaterally cancel the contract with the Brazilian due to the seriousness of the accusations against the Brazilian international.

And Alves’ situation became very complicated with the passage of days, after he changed his version of events several times. Meanwhile, the story of the alleged victim has remained consistent, and investigators seem to believe her account based on the evidence.

-

Alves claims that he does not know the alleged victim, and that he did not violate her privacy or approach her, which is also supported by the player’s friend who was with him at the nightclub. It is a completely different testimony from that of the alleged victim.

She says that he sexually assaulted her, slapped her and verbally insulted her, and despite her attempts to escape from him, he raped her by force, according to the “victim” claim.
