In this context, the General Directorate of Meteorology expects, for today, Thursday, January 26, 2023, that the weather will remain relatively cold in the mountains, the southeast of the country, the eastern region, and the northern and central plains.

Scattered raindrops are expected to fall during the day, over the north of the eastern region and the countryside, while during the night it will be noticed that rain may be accompanied by thunder over the northern and central plains, the countryside and the Atlas, and its neighboring regions.

Snow is also expected over the peaks of the countryside and the Atlas, during the next night, with some strong wind gusts recorded on the Mediterranean coast, the central and southern coasts, the Atlas, the countryside and the northeastern region.
