The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center continued to provide its services to the affected and most needy people in Yemen, Pakistan, Lebanon and Ethiopia, as part of its humanitarian and relief role in various countries of the world.

Yesterday, the center rehabilitated the building of Ibn Al-Hijla School for Basic Education in the District of Sayhut, and the Sumaya School for Basic and Secondary Education in Al-Masila District in Al-Mahra Governorate.

The center also distributed school bags and uniforms to 917 male and female students in the two schools, as part of the Education Support Project in Yemen.

The Secretary-General of the Local Council in Al-Mahra Governorate, Salem Abdullah Nimer, praised the role of the King Salman Center for Service and Humanitarian Relief and its funding of a number of projects in the education sector to provide a better educational environment for students.

It is noteworthy that the project aims to provide a safe connection through the rehabilitation of 23 schools, and the distribution of uniforms and school bags in the governorates of Aden, Hajjah, Hadramawt and Al-Mahra, benefiting 11,586 male and female students.

This comes within the framework of the humanitarian and relief projects provided by the Kingdom, represented by the Center, to upgrade the educational system and rehabilitate educational facilities in Yemen.

Distributing 950 food baskets in Punjab, Pakistan

The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) continued distributing food aid to those affected by the floods in the Rajenpur district of the Punjab province of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Yesterday, 950 food baskets were distributed, benefiting 6,650 people from the most vulnerable and needy groups in the flood-affected areas.

This comes within the framework of the humanitarian and relief projects provided by the Kingdom, represented by the Center, to the most needy groups in Afghanistan.

Distribution of winter clothing to refugee families in Lebanon

The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center continued distributing winter clothing to the families of Syrian and Palestinian refugees in the regions of Sidon, Tire, Chouf, and Zahle in the Lebanese Republic, as part of the Kanaf project implemented by the center.

Yesterday, the center distributed 2,052 vouchers that enable beneficiaries to purchase winter clothing according to their choice from approved stores, benefiting 2,052 individuals from Syrian and Palestinian refugee families.

This comes within the framework of the humanitarian and relief projects presented by the Kingdom, represented by the Center for Refugees and the most needy groups in Lebanon.

1,084 food baskets in the cities of Fellut and Deka, Ethiopia

Yesterday, the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center distributed 1,084 food baskets in the cities of Filut and Deka in the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, benefiting 6,504 individuals.

The project aims to secure and distribute 3,600 food baskets to needy families in the cities of Vilot, Dika, and Nijil, with the aim of alleviating suffering and eliminating hunger by contributing to the provision of food baskets to families affected by drought, benefiting 21,600 people, or 3,600 families.

This comes within the efforts exerted by the Kingdom, represented by the King Salman Relief Center, to support brotherly and friendly countries and enhance food security for the needy and affected groups.
