direct: The Casablanca Stock Exchange launched the MAZI index for medium and small companies today, Tuesday.

The Moroccan Stock Exchange stated in an official statement that the new index is an objective indicator of the price performance of small and medium-sized companies listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange.

The company pointed out that the new index has a ceiling of 10 percent, and a historical reference of last December 31 at the level of 1000 points, and its structure is reviewed annually.

The new index included an eye of 30 listed stocks, which are AFMA, Akma, Alliance, Aluminum Maroc, Aradi Capital, Otohal, BMCI Bank, Colorado, Steam, Delta Holding, Disway, and Doja Al-Anash Ad-Duha.

As well as Transport Shares, Ikdom, Hitech Payment System, Immorant Investment, Jet Contractors, Morocco Bay, Moroccan Rental, Microdata, Twiset Mining Company, Mutandis SCA, Promofarm, and Resma.

The shares of Salafin, Sinlam Morocco, the metallurgical company Imitir, Snape, Sonasid and the Public Works Construction Company.

The Casablanca Stock Exchange ended trading today, Tuesday, with a decline in its main indices, and the “MASI” index decreased by 0.56 percent at 10233.43 points, losing 58.06 points, and the Morocco 20 index “MSI20” decreased by 0.77 percent to the level of 818.74 points, with a loss of 6.37 points, from His dealings in the previous session.
