Al-Budair witnesses the signing of an agreement to develop the real estate system in the regions of the Kingdom

Today, the Deputy Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing, Abdullah Al-Budair, witnessed the signing of a joint agreement between Oyoun Al-Modon Company and the International Real Estate Union, related to the launch of the representative office of the Union in Riyadh, on the sidelines of the second edition of the Future Real Estate Forum held in Riyadh.

Under this agreement, “Oyoun Al Cities” becomes a representative of the World Real Estate Federation in the Kingdom, as a contribution from both parties to the development of the real estate system in the various regions of the Kingdom. Global practices for the real estate sector, with the aim of developing the real estate and housing sector in various regions of the Kingdom, in addition to contributing to increasing real estate events and forums and raising the level of international coordination so that the Real Estate Future Forum becomes an intellectual and strategic gathering and a global platform to discuss the reality and future of the real estate sector through a distinguished practical method and by following a different methodology to enrich All topics of discussion and the introduction of the best international experiences in order to contribute to raising and enhancing the future of the real estate sector, with the participation of elite economists, investors, elite decision makers and experts in the real estate sector system, locally and globally.

The International Real Estate Federation is the largest international federation in the real estate sector, with a membership of about one million and 500 thousand members representing more than 70 countries. And with an approach based on real estate technology, technol- ogy , and proptech, with the aim of serving the societies of the countries that are members of the Union.
