Investing.com – It fell during the US session on Wednesday.According to the New York Mercantile Exchange, January trades took place at USD4.262 per million British thermal units at the time of writing, down by 6.68%.
The session has already traded as low as USD4.228 per MMBtu. It may find support at USD4.228 and resistance at USD5.562.
The dollar index, which measures the performance of the US currency against a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.05% to trade at USD95.960.
Meanwhile on Nymex, January price fell 0.50% to trade at USD66.51 a barrel while January price rose 1.59% to trade at USD2.0930 per gallon.
