Interim Manchester United coach Rangnick will officially start his duties on Friday

The English Premier League club, Manchester United, said that its new interim coach, Ralph Rangnick, has obtained a work permit and will therefore begin his active assignment with the team on Friday.
And he appointed German Rangnick, 63, last Monday as interim coach for United until the end of the current season, to succeed Norwegian Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, who was sacked by the club last week and was waiting to obtain a work visa in England to practice his new assignment.
Although Rangnick will already be at Old Trafford during United’s match against Arsenal later Thursday, current interim coach Michael Carrick will lead the team during the match.
A United spokesman said Thursday: “Rangnick will be in the stadium stands for today’s match and will begin his new assignment tomorrow morning.”
