Which is better?

Both types of ghee are beneficial for physical and mental health and have the same amount of fat. Cow ghee is preferred over buffalo ghee, as it is considered better because it contains vitamin A-carotene, which is good for eye and brain function, as well as beneficial for digestion and has anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and antioxidant properties.
Buffalo ghee contains more fat and calories than cow ghee, and it helps treat cold, cough and phlegm problems, maintains joints and has anti-aging effects.
