Saudi Rima Juffali plays a key role in the Kingdom’s Formula 1 Grand Prix


Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN)–The Saudi STC Formula 1 Grand Prix has announced the selection of 29-year-old Saudi Rima Al-Juffali as the prize’s official ambassador.

This came in a tweet on the award’s official page on the social networking site, Twitter, in which she said: “The selection of Saudi racing driver Rima Al-Juffali to be the official ambassador for the stc Formula 1 Saudi Grand Prix.”

The award continued in the same tweet on Juffali: “The inspiring driver, who was born and raised in Jeddah and competed in the British Formula 3 Championship, will play a key role during the stc Formula 1 Saudi Grand Prix, which takes place in Jeddah from 3 to 5 December.”

The award page had published pictures of the arrival of the teams participating in the race, with a tweet in which it said: “Members of the Formula 1 and Formula 2 teams have arrived at King Abdulaziz Airport in Jeddah in preparation for the stc Formula 1 Saudi Grand Prix! AirplaneFlag of Saudi Arabia We are close to the race.”
