Proud of you, Mohamed.. Liverpool sends an impressive message to Salah after arranging the Ballon d’Or

The English club Liverpool was keen to support the Egyptian international, Mohamed Salah, and to emphasize his technical capabilities, after he occupied the seventh place in the Ballon d’Or award for 2021, with an influential message through the official account of the Reds on Twitter.

And Liverpool wrote, “Seventh place for 2021.. We are all proud of you, Mohamed,” referring to the great successes that the player has provided with the team at the local and continental levels.

Mohamed Salah came seventh in the 2021 Ballon d’Or ranking behind the five: Messi, Lewandowski, Benzema, Kante, Jorginho, while the Egyptian star outperformed many stars, most notably De Bruyne, Kylian Mbappe.

The Egyptian international is the top scorer in the English Premier League this season, 2021-2022, and runner-up in the scorers’ ranking last season after Harry Kane, with a single goal difference.

Mohamed Salah was nominated for the Golden Ball for the first time in 2018 after his brilliance in the Liverpool shirt, where the Egyptian star ranked sixth in the final standings with the award won by Croatian Luka Modric, Real Madrid player.

The captain of the national team ranked sixth in 2018 after obtaining 188 points, to come behind the five: Modric, Ronaldo, Griezmann, Mbappe, Messi.

Mohamed Salah continued his brilliance with Liverpool to be nominated again in the Golden Ball list in 2019, achieving a great achievement by obtaining fifth place among the best players in the world.

The Egyptian star became the first Arab player in history to occupy the fifth place in the race to crown the award, to be an unprecedented historical achievement, and thus Mohamed Salah broke his previous number after he had previously obtained the sixth place.

Mohamed Salah scored 178 points, ranking fifth in the 2019 Ballon d’Or, behind the award-winning Messi, Virgil van Dijk, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Sadio Mane, respectively.
