Today, Ubisoft announced that the fourth and final season of Rainbow Six Siege, High Caliber, is now available. This new season introduces new updates with the addition of Irish Agent Thorn, a revamped ‘Australian Wilderness’ map, new virtual team colors, a new Battle Pass featuring a new unique weapon skin and other updates.

This High Caliber season, players learn about the all-new Defender: Thorn, which comes armed with the Blade Blade Projectile: a throwable proximity sensor that releases a timed explosion once activated. If enemy players do not exit their area of effect in time, they will take damage at the end of the timer. Agent Thorn has medium velocity and medium armor, and her gear consists of the new custom UZK50Gi, or M870 as primary weapons, and 1911 TACOPS or C75-AUTO as secondary weapons.

In addition to the above, the ‘Australian Wilderness’ map has been rebuilt to improve balance and increase player comfort. The main building and its outer edge have been modified to allow attackers to devise and implement more effective strategies. New destructible exterior walls were also added to the building, and some areas were renovated and cleaned to remove debris and provide better lines of sight and balance.

Year 6 Season 4 comes with an all-new Battle Pass that includes 100 levels and 131 rewards, available until February 21. The Battle Pass includes a free and one premium track for 1,200 R6 credits. Owners of the Premium Battle Pass can play Agent Thorn instantly and advance more quickly, while other players can get it for R6 or Renown Credits starting December 14th. New seasonal content including the revamped ‘Australian Wilderness’ map, new default team colors and UI, and customer updates are now available for free and for all players.

Rainbow Six Siege is also available for free starting Thursday, December 2, until Monday, December 6 across all platforms. Players can also benefit from a discount of up to 70% during this period, and the percentage of discount varies according to the platform and game version.
