The Dubai Financial Market has announced the launch of an integrated program to stimulate new public offerings and listings, by attracting private sector companies from growing and diversified economic sectors, especially the vital sectors that have the largest contribution to the gross domestic product and sectors of the new economy.


A statement issued yesterday clarified that the program includes an unprecedented set of benefits for private sector companies seeking to implement public offerings in the Dubai Financial Market, as the program provides financial support for the costs of public subscription and listing for private sector companies that plan to list, whether in the main market or Listing within the “Second Market”, and it also includes many activities supporting companies in the post-listing stage, for example, opportunities to participate in Dubai Financial Market conferences for regional and international investors.

He added that, in addition, the incentives also include a three-year exemption from the fees for listing new companies, the fees for holding general assemblies and the dividend distribution service.


The program comes within the framework of the tireless efforts to enhance Dubai’s position as a global center for capital markets, which included launching a fund worth up to two billion dirhams as a market maker, and another fund of one billion dirhams to encourage technology companies to list in the Dubai financial markets.
