The 16th Union Forum was launched yesterday, Wednesday, under the title “Economic Development: The Locomotive of Stability and Civilization Contribution,” which coincides with the fifty-second anniversary of the publication of the Union newspaper, at the Berklee College of Music Center on Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi, with the participation of a group of thinkers, researchers and experts.

The forum witnessed the wide participation of a group of Arab and foreign experts, speakers and specialists to enrich the discussion through 12 working papers on the UAE’s development vision and its initiatives in coexistence, peace and tolerance, which enhance the civilized contribution of the state and consolidate its policy based on cooperation and positive communication with all cultures of the world.

The event coincides with Abu Dhabi Media’s announcement of the launch of Al Ittihad newspaper in its new form, which is based on development and leadership in the content industry and the transition to new horizons that foresee the future in digital media.
