The decision to ban Shikabala 8 matches was annulled

The Sports Settlement and Arbitration Committee of the Egyptian Olympic Committee decided to invalidate the decision to ban Mahmoud Abdel Razek, known as “Shikabala”, captain of the first football team in Zamalek, for 8 matches.

Shikabala submitted an appeal to the Sports Settlement and Arbitration Committee, against the decision to suspend him for 8 matches, by a decision of the Competitions Committee of the Egyptian Football Association.

The Appeals Committee of the Football Association decided to reduce the penalty for stopping Mahmoud Abdel Razek “Shikabala”, from 8 months to 8 matches, after the player’s appeal during the last period.

The Football Association’s Disciplinary Committee had decided earlier to suspend Shikabala, captain of the team, for a period of 8 months and fined him 500,000 pounds, because of what the player had done after his team’s match against Al-Ahly Bank at the end of the Egyptian Premier League competition.

The Grievance Committee decided to reduce the player’s penalty to 8 matches (instead of 8 months) and reduce his financial fine to 250 thousand pounds (instead of a thousand pounds), which the Zamalek leader objected to, threatening to resort to the International Federation “FIFA”.
