For the second year in a row, “Big Ramy” crowned the title of “Mr. Olympia”


Egyptian bodybuilder Mamdouh Al-Subaie, known as “Big Ramy”, won the “Mr. Olympia” championship, which was held in Orlando, Florida, USA, on Saturday evening.

Big Ramy won first place for the second year in a row in the championship held annually in the United States and is one of the most prominent bodybuilding championships in the world, and won a prize of $ 400,000.

This year, 16 players from around the world participated in the tournament.

The first Arab, Egyptian and African

For his part, the player’s uncle, Muhammad Al-Subaie, confirmed to that he could not express his joy at Big Ramy’s victory.

Muhammad, from his hometown in the village of Al-Sabaa’a, affiliated to the Baltim Center in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate, said that the entire village celebrated Mamdouh’s victory, pointing out that many of the Saba’a youth strive to be like “Big Ramy” through training and practicing various sports.

It is noteworthy that “Big Ramy” was born on September 16, 1984, and is considered the most prominent Egyptian bodybuilder in the recent period, and has wide fame in his country and abroad. He was crowned Mr. Olympia in 2020, to be the first Arab, Egyptian and African to win this title.
