Bruce Lee’s son and conspiracy theories

American martial arts star Brandon Lee, son of Bruce Lee, was shot dead on the set of the 1993 movie “The Crew” in a case that sparked a flood of conspiracy theories about his murder at the hands of Hong Kong mobsters.

But investigators attributed the death to negligence. One of the actors shot Lee with a pistol that was supposed to contain chelated bullets. However, there was a live bullet in the pistol and Lee died hours later at the age of 28 from his wounds.

“Batman Curse”

Rumors of the so-called “Batman Curse” arose after the death in 2007 of special effects technician Conway Wycliffe during a manhunt scene in “The Dark Knight.”

Wycliffe’s car crashed into a tree while rehearsing the scene inside the famous Batmobile, which led to his death.

This was followed by a drug overdose of 28-year-old Australian actor Heath Ledger, who played the Joker. Morgan Freeman, one of the film’s heroes, was seriously injured in a car accident, while the owner of the role of “Batman” himself, Christian Bale, faced accusations of assaulting his mother and sister on the eve of the film’s premiere in the United Kingdom.
