Sources revealed that Minister of Human Resources and Social Development The Saudi, Ahmed Suleiman Al-Rajhi, issued a decision to add 4 new penalties to the table of violations and the corresponding penalties contained in the labor system.

The sources said that the first of the new penalties in the table carried the number 64, describing the violation (enable the participatory electronic platforms for the non-Saudi worker to work directly through the platform), and its penalty was set at a fine of 20 thousand riyals and multiplied by the number of workers.

While the number of violations was classified by number 65 (participatory electronic platforms did not adhere to the mechanism approved by the ministry to verify that the worker did not work in the name of other people), and the penalty was a fine of 10,000 riyals and multiplied by the number of workers, according to the Saudi newspaper, “Okaz”.

The violation included 66 of the penalties table (the non-compliance of participatory electronic platforms and operating facilities with the participation of the ministry with the required data, according to the mechanism determined by the ministry, or the ministry’s participation in incomplete data), and its penalty was set at a fine of 50 thousand riyals and is multiplied by the number of workers.

Violation 67 was classified as (participating electronic platforms and facilities operating the ministry incorrect data for workers in violation of the mechanism determined by the ministry), and its penalty was set at a fine of 5,000 riyals and multiplied by the number of workers.
