That’s why she advises in her book “Foods Against Forgetting” to eat natural foods such as fruits and vegetables. Because they contain the antioxidant polyphenols, as well as many vitamins and folic acid. Healthy fats such as omega-3 fatty acids also support hormone metabolism.

She also recommends the following foods: water, green and black tea, green vegetables, such as beans, peas and lentils, and whole grain products such as flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, rapeseed, and olive oil, fish and nuts.
