Specialists have leveled sharp criticism against insurance company doctors, to the extent that they do not cooperate with patients and seek to obstruct patients’ requests and needs.

In this regard, Othman Al-Qasabi, CEO of the medical sector at Tawuniya for Insurance, said that at the international level in Europe, America and other Western countries, the waste rate in medical care is about 30%, stressing that providing this percentage to employers is in the interest of the work itself.

Al-Qasabi explained, during a telephone interview on the Al-Rased program via Al-Ekhbariya channel, that the medical insurance market in Saudi Arabia spends about 20 billion riyals, and 30% is not small and can help more in developing the work.
