Saudi Al-Nasr joins Al-Hilal in the AFC Champions League quarter-finals | football

Al-Nasr Saudi Arabia qualified for the quarter-finals of the AFC Champions League to join its local rival, Al-Hilal, after a 1-0 victory over the Iranian Tractor Sazi in the Qatari capital, Doha, on Tuesday.

Al-Nasr, who reached the semi-finals last season, was satisfied with the goal of Cameroonian striker Vincent Abubakar in the 11th minute to win the first round of the final, which is held in one confrontation.

Abu Bakr received an elegant pass from the Brazilian Anderson Talisca to shoot over the goalkeeper, in a fruitful cooperation for the newcomers and in the absence of Moroccan top scorer Abdel Razzaq Hamdallah due to the suspension.

Al-Hilal, the 2019 champion, booked the first tickets to qualify for the quarter-finals, with a 2-0 victory over Iran’s Istiklal on Monday.
