The Ministry’s spokesman, Abdul Rahman Al-Hussein, stated that the five steps for issuing the commercial registration are to enter the unified services link at the Ministry of Commerce e.mc.gov.sa, click on the commercial registration icon, and fill in the main fields (commercial name, activity type, capital, national address).

He added that the next two steps are issuing the register by issuing the invoice and paying it electronically, and printing the commercial register, with two conditions that must be met by the applicant, which are not less than 18 years of age, and not be a government employee.
