The Inter Miami player and former Real Madrid player, Gonzalo Higuain, spoke today, Friday, about his time with Real Madrid, and asked what the club expected from him after making a large number of contracts.

Higuain said in a press statement: “When Real Madrid signed Cristiano Ronaldo, he scored 27 goals, and I scored 26. And then Real signed Benzema and Kaka.”

The 33-year-old added: “The competition with Benzema was very healthy, he brought out the best in me, and brought out the best in him, and we had to give our best, but after contracting him and Kaka, I began to wonder, how many goals he scored. I have to record it.”

When asked if he would play with the “legend” Lionel Messi in Miami, Higuain said: “Don’t put me in trouble, I don’t know anything about this, I have a year on my contract with Miami, and Messi signed a two-year contract, so I don’t know if We’ll play together.”

It is reported that Higuain moved to Real Madrid in 2007 for 12 million euros.
