Friday sermons in Saudi Arabia remind the importance of unifying the kingdom


Friday sermons were united today in all Saudi mosques and supporting mosques, in which prayers are held, to emphasize the importance of concerted efforts and work for the prosperity of the nation, on the 91st anniversary of the unification of Saudi Arabia.

This came following the directives of the Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance, Dr. Abdullatif Al-Sheikh, coinciding with the 91st National Day for the Unification of Saudi Arabia by the late founding King Abdulaziz, in order to highlight the role of gathering and other advocacy platforms in guiding and enlightening society.

During their sermons today, the preachers emphasized that instilling love and belonging to the homeland is among the legitimate duties, which should combine efforts to educate the various segments of society.

The speakers also reviewed the great efforts made to unify the kingdom by the founding king and his sons after him, and the policy on which the kingdom was based in making all efforts to serve the country.

The speakers also touched on the concepts and foundations of good citizenship and the role of scholars, preachers and teachers in consolidating the values ​​of belonging, strengthening national cohesion, and emphasizing the importance of rallying around leadership and preserving the nation’s gains.

The preachers reminded the worshipers of the available blessings that the Kingdom is currently witnessing under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and his Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman, of meeting, progress and prosperity, pointing out that these blessings need serious and sincere work to preserve the nation’s gains and capabilities and to ensure that safety and the safety of its citizens.
