The American electronics giant Apple intends to remove the computer game Fortnite from its online store, the App Store, until the appeal in its legal battle with Epic Games Inc. is carried out; Developed for the feel of the world’s battles game.

And Bloomberg News Agency indicated that Apple sent a letter yesterday to IPIC saying that it will not consider any requests to restore the status quo until the (US) District Court issues a final, non-appealable ruling on the case.

Apple informed Epic the day before yesterday that the game Fortnite will be blacklisted on the App Store app system until all degrees of litigation are exhausted, a process that could take 5 years.

It is noteworthy that last August, Epic filed a lawsuit against Apple after the latter’s decision to delete the game Fortnite from the App Store, claiming that Epic defrauded the App Store system, which ensures that Apple receives a commission in exchange for the revenue that Epic earns from the game Fortnite.
