And about the favorite Arab clubs, Adnan said: “I love the Saudi clubs Al-Hilal and Al-Nasr and the Qatari Al-Sadd, they are the best Arab clubs for me.”

He continued, “I have the honor to play in the Saudi League, and I was very close to moving to a club there a year or two ago, but the negotiations were not completed.”

The star of the Iraqi national team added: “I was also close to moving to an Emirati club, but the injury of one of the players disrupted those negotiations, because they wanted a foreign player, not an Asian.”

Adnan concluded his statements by saying: “I expect that Al-Ittihad, Al-Nasr and Al-Hilal are the candidates to crown the Saudi Professional League this season.”
