And trade and investment cooperation between the two sides.

The visit of the Sultan of Oman to Saudi Arabia will continue for two days, and it includes expanding the horizons of joint cooperation and launching a coordination council between the two countries, while the Saudi-Omani Business Council and the Federation of Saudi Chambers affirmed that the summit of the two leaderships today will push towards integrating the potentials of the two economies, pushing commercial cooperation, increasing investment development opportunities, and strengthening the strategic partnership between the two countries .

For his part, Turki Al Said, Oman’s ambassador to Saudi Arabia, told Asharq Al-Awsat, “We believe that the meeting of the two leaderships will have its aftermath and a qualitative leap that will enhance many aspects of interest to the two countries,” noting that the new land port will facilitate direct transport between the two countries. , whether on a commercial or individual level.

In turn, the head of the Saudi-Omani Business Council, Nasser Al-Hajri, confirmed to Asharq Al-Awsat that the council will focus on the promising sectors of the two countries, and determine the details according to a specific time plan and a clear approach.
