Football fans are eagerly awaiting the upcoming match between Juventus and Barcelona, to see their Portuguese stars, Cristiano Ronaldo and Argentine Lionel Messi, face to face, in a new “Classico”.
According to the “Football Italy” website, Juventus will face Barcelona on August 8, in the framework of the Joan Gamper Cup friendly tournament, and therefore it is likely that the two stars Ronaldo and Messi will meet face to face, in the event that the “Madeira missile” continues with the “old lady”, and the signature of Messi on a new contract with the Catalan team.
The next match will be the 37th confrontation between Ronaldo and Messi, if they participate in it.
The two stars met for the last time in the match between Juventus and Barcelona, which ended with the Italian team’s victory over the Spaniard with three goals without a response, in December 2020, in the group stage of the Champions League.
