He said that the relations between the UAE and the Republic of Rwanda are witnessing a growing development in many economic, investment and trade sectors, for the benefit of the peoples of the two countries, and this is an embodiment of the close relations that extend between them for more than four decades.
He added: “Rwanda is one of the first countries to benefit from Emirati medical aid to confront the Covid-19 pandemic, as a plane was sent during the months of June 2020 carrying four tons of medical supplies in support of the medical sector and about four thousand of its workers, in addition to a plane in February.” The past carried 7.8 tons, as part of the continuous support from the UAE to enhance the Rwandan government efforts to support the health sector in the face of the pandemic.
