The operations included the arrest of 4.5 thousand violators of the residence system, about 9,000 violators of the border security system, and more than 1,000 violators of the labor system.

A total of 270 people were arrested while trying to cross the border into the Kingdom, 46% of whom were Yemenis, 44% were Ethiopians, and 10% were other nationalities. 127 people were also arrested for trying to cross the borders outside the Kingdom.

Five people involved in transporting and harboring violators and covering them up were arrested, and the total of those who are currently subject to the procedures for implementing the regulations amounted to more than 60,000 violators, including more than 50 men and 9.6 thousand women, and 44,000 violators were referred to their diplomatic missions to obtain documents. Travel, referring 3.6 thousand violators to complete their travel reservations, and deporting about 8,000 violators.

The Ministry of Interior confirmed that anyone who facilitates the entry of a violator of the border security system into the Kingdom, or transports him within it, provides him with shelter, or provides him with any assistance or service in any way, shall be punished with imprisonment for a period of up to 15 years, a fine of up to one million riyals, and the confiscation of the means of transportation. and housing used for shelter, and defamation of it, and this crime is considered one of the major crimes that require arrest, and breach of honor and honesty.
