“NASA” restarts the Hubble Space Telescope.. know the details

The US space agency announcedNASA“, that its experts were able to restart the Hubble Space Telescope, which stopped working on the 13th of last June, and “NASA” said in a statement that it was able to connect the two backup power and control units, in addition to the equipment needed to process scientific data on the other side of the block SI C&DH.

According to the “RT” website, the experts were able to launch the work of the backup system with its normal system.

NASA added that the Hubble team is now monitoring the work of the equipment to ensure that everything is working properly, and then experts will scale the work of the devices before resuming normal scientific work.

It is noteworthy that the Hubble Space Telescope stopped working as a result of a technical failure in its systems, as a result of which it was converted to work in a safe system, and within a month experts worked on adjusting the systems to restart the telescope.

It was Hubble, a joint venture between NASA agency The European Space Agency (ESA) and the Canadian Space Agency (CSA) have been observing the universe for more than three decades, and since its launch in April 1990, it has taken more than 1.5 million observations of the universe, and more than 18,000 scientific papers have been published based on its data.

It orbits the Earth at about 17,000 miles per hour (27,300 kilometers per hour) in low Earth orbit at an altitude of about 340 miles, slightly higher than the International Space Station (ISS).
