The South African club Kaizer Chiefs revealed the identity of the team’s technical staff in its upcoming match against Al-Ahly Club, which is scheduled to be held in the final of the African Champions League.
Arthur Zwane and Dillon Sheppard are the current technical leadership of the Kaizer Chiefs team, as the duo succeeded in leading the team to cross Wydad Morocco in the Champions League semi-finals, while Stuart Baxter is the team’s technical advisor, to become the coach later.
Fina Mafusa, spokesperson for Kaizer Chiefs, confirmed this in an exclusive statement to El-Ahly.comThe trio, Stuart Baxter, Arthur Zwane and Dillon Sheppard, will take over the technical leadership of the team against Al-Ahly.
Mafusa indicated, during the same statements, that Baxter will be the coach of the team, as the first game in which he officially leads the team, while he will be assisted in that position by Arthur Zwane and Dillon Sheppard.
The Kaizer Chiefs media spokesperson concluded that the club’s management will determine, in the coming days, who will be on the bench between the trio in the Champions League final match, as Baxter had previously been in the stands during the two semi-final matches of Wydad.
Al-Ahly is preparing to face the CAF Champions League final against Kaizer Chiefs on July 17th at the Mohamed Ben V complex in Casablanca, Morocco.
