Juice for the longest period of life without diseases or Alzheimer’s

There is no so-called “elixir of life”, which can give a person a longer life, but a person can enjoy living as long as possible without suffering from diseases and health troubles by adding more foods and drinks known for their healthy content.

One of the juices is said to have chemopreventive abilities and can also reduce the risk of cancer and high blood pressure, which can be considered the “elixir of a disease-free life”.

The drink is beetroot juice, which gets its rich color from betalain, a water-soluble antioxidant that a scientific study indicates has chemopreventive abilities against some types of cancer cells.

Cancer prevention

Betalain is also believed to fight free radicals and help find and get rid of unstable cells in the body, which also lowers the risk of some types of cancer.

A study, published in the British National Library of Health, examined the vascular effects of dietary nitrates in beetroot.

Better physical performance

The results of the study demonstrated that dietary nitrates have a range of beneficial effects on the blood vessels, including lowering blood pressure, inhibiting platelet aggregation and improving the ability to perform exercises, whether for healthy individuals or patients suffering from peripheral arterial disease.

The study cited that “the traditional diets of Japan and countries around the Mediterranean are generally healthy, and that they are associated with a lower incidence of cardiovascular disease and longevity without suffering from diseases.”

food nitrates

The study attributed the reason to the fact that the Japanese and Mediterranean diets share many similarities in that both are rich in fruits, vegetables and fish and little red meat. The main beneficial common content is probably the high dietary nitrate content.

The study showed that red beetroot extract or juice has protective effects against various cancer cells, such as prostate, breast, liver, lung, esophageal and skin cancer.

The researchers stated, “The positive benefits of beetroot juice are generally attributed to betanin, the main component of beta-sanin, a powerful antioxidant.

Plus, “beetroot is an especially safe source of dietary nitrate.”

Improve cognitive awareness

Other studies have found that increasing nitric oxide in the diet by consuming foods rich in nitrates such as beetroot juice offers a therapeutic opportunity to reduce cardiovascular decline and improve metabolism and cognitive cognition, which is commonly seen as people age.

Brain and heart health

Beetroot juice contains a microbiome that improves markers of heart and brain health, through dysbacteriosis, beneficial bacteria, small amounts of which can help improve blood flow.

Bad fats, salt and sugar

Experts advise eating beetroot juice with less saturated fat, sugar and salt, to prevent cardiovascular disease and strokes.
