British public health and nutrition specialist, Dr. Maria Cardakova, said that there are special foods that men should eat after they reach the age of forty in order to maintain their health.
In an interview with Radio Moscow, Kardakova indicated that this issue depends on the lifestyle that the man follows, but in all cases, fruits and vegetables should always be present in the diet, according to the Russian “Novosti” news agency.
According to the agency, the expert says, “Men at this age usually look down on vegetables in their diet. Although recommendations and instructions emphasize that the risk of cardiovascular disease decreases when eating fruits and vegetables five times a day.” Adding that the fruits and buckwheat are good for their health as well.
