The WhatsApp instant messaging application is preparing to launch a new feature for the convenience of users, using the Google data transfer tool, a tool that will copy files from iOS to Android or vice versa, to provide a way to copy users’ WhatsApp conversations despite the different types devices.
Android has a built-in device-to-device transfer app called “Data Recovery Tool” that the Android setup wizard uses to copy photos, apps, and files from one phone to another, including from iOS phone systems, according to 9to5google.
And with its recent launch in the Google Play Store, the data recovery tool has received an update to version 1.0.382048734, which includes preparing to copy WhatsApp chat and history from iPhone to Android phone.
WhatsApp is developing a feature to migrate your chats between different platforms.

How to activate the new feature
– Scan the QR code with your iPhone to unlock واتساب, then click Start.
Keep your iPhone and WhatsApp unlocked.
When you get to the new step, the Android Data Recovery Tool will display a QR code which you will need to scan on your iPhone to launch directly into the upcoming WhatsApp migration settings, and the same settings can also be accessed manually.
Are you having trouble scanning WhatsApp?
On your iPhone, open WhatsApp and then go to Settings and Chats, then Transfer Chats to Android, the option to move your WhatsApp chats from iOS to Android will likely not appear in the data recovery tool until the messaging app runs the new migration settings correctly.
To that end, WABetaInfo has been able to identify the transfer options and put them in development, which means we might not have to wait long.
