judge said in Losnuggets American pop star Britney Spears can choose her own lawyer in battle which you want Ending guardianship on her sexye للجدل.Wednesday’s ruling came as Spears spoke in court for the second time in less than a month.
Spears again demanded that her father, Jamie Spears, be removed from the legal agreement that governed her affairs for years.
In court last month, she made a dramatic plea to end the agreement.
On Wednesday, she repeated this appeal in an emotional statement calling for her father to be charged with “abusing guardianship”.
Speaking to the court via a lawyer’s phone, Spears said: “I’m here to file charges. I’m angry and I’m going in that direction.”
“You are letting my father ruin my life,” she said. “I have to get rid of my father and accuse him of abusing guardianship.”
Spears, 39, has been under guardianship since 2008, when concerns about her mental health prompted her father to petition the court for legal authority over his daughter’s life.
Last month, a judge rejected the pop star’s request that her father be removed from her guardianship role. Judge Brenda Penny said she cannot rule until the singer files a formal petition to end the arrangement.
Wednesday’s court ruling clears the way for Spears’ chosen attorney, former federal prosecutor Matthew Rosengart, to take charge of the complex legal battle.
Rosengart will replace Samuel Ingham, a court-appointed attorney who has represented Spears since 2008 before stepping down last week.
During the hearing, Ingham interrupted the court to say that Spears had been writing to him. The singer said she wants to address the court again.
The judge formally accepted Ingham’s resignation before inviting Spears to speak.
Spears, crying, told the court that under the tutelage, her hair vitamins and coffee were confiscated.
She told Judge Penny, “Ma’am, this is not abuse, it is cruelty [كلمة بذيئة] Only.” “Forgive me for my language, but it is the truth.”
The singer said her top priority would be removing her father, Jamie, from his role in the legal arrangement that governs her personal and financial affairs.
She said she did not wish to undergo a medical evaluation and would be “happy” that joint guardian Judy Montgomery remained.
