This year’s winners from 17 countries .. “Al-Marri” won the third place for the Kingdom with its picture “The Heart of the Muslim”

The organization responsible for the iPhone Photography Awards has announced https://www.ippawards.com 2021 Winners This award is an independent platform to celebrate the best photos from talented iPhone photographers around the world.

This year’s winners come from 17 countries around the world, including Saudi Arabia.

This year’s picks are the best shots from thousands of photos submitted by iPhone photographers from over 140 countries.

Whether they’re photographing architectural masterpieces in big cities, or capturing the simplicity and beauty of a single flower, the winning photographs showcase the power of places and people, revealing diverse experiences and emotions.

And from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Saudi photographer was awarded Talib Al Marri; Third place in the travel category for the image of a Muslim’s heart, which he told us about, saying, “This image is dear to my heart, as it is the reason I won the award, and at the same time it is the image of the Great Mosque of Mecca, which includes the Kaaba.”

He added, “The moment the photo was taken, the sanctuary was filled with pilgrims circumambulating the Kaaba, and then the idea came to me to use the slow shutter technique, which is the slow shutter technique, so that the movement appears in the image and the viewer feels the movement of these crowds around the Kaaba as if they were moving in the image.”

As for the feeling of winning an iPhone Photography Award, Al Marri explained; He said, “It is an indescribably beautiful feeling, when you participate for the first time in an award like this and win. I promise this a great achievement for my country, my family, and then definitely myself.”

He adds about the iPhone Photography Award, “A prize that is rich in definition and includes the best international photos taken by distinguished artists. Quite simply, it is a competition that searches for art in images that give new ideas and horizons, so I make sure to follow it every year. The award also creates a spirit of competition between Photographers give their best and continue to be creative in their work, so I see it as an innovative platform that encourages all those who have a spirit of innovation.”

He summarizes his photographic experience using the iPhone, saying, “I am a photographer from 2016 and the iPhone was the first device through which I photographed everything I like, and then I developed a passion for photography and got a professional camera, but I still shoot with my phone because I think it is a device that competes with large professional cameras with strong sharpness and lighting Nowadays, it is difficult to distinguish between iPhone photos and professional photos, when I bought the professional camera, I thought that I would not use the iPhone camera much, but to be honest, every year with the development of the iPhone camera I found myself using it more than before, Now I’m excited for the next competition.”

It is worth noting that Taleb Al-Marri; He won an honorary award for his picture “It’s not time yet”, which includes a young camel called “Hwar” trying to drink milk from his mother’s breast, but the red cloth called a shamalah prevents him, and the reason for putting the cloth is for the purpose of arranging the time of the dialogue feeding and also for the owner of the camel to benefit from the mother’s milk.
