The educational advisor, Abdullah bin Dahim Al-Dahas, suggested to the Ministry of Education, a study of granting incentives to male and female teachers who have spent more than ten years in their schools.

Adviser Al-Dahas told “Previously” that the ministry can determine the type of incentives, which may be cut financial rewards at the end of each academic year, reducing the weekly class shares, granting them leave at the end of the semester or the end of the year before the rest of their colleagues by a week or more, or exempting them from classes Waiting and daily supervision, provided that these incentives increase as the number of years of stay in school increases, at a rate of every five years.

He pointed out that these incentives will help male and female teachers to stay in their schools for longer periods and reduce the burden on the internal transport movement carried out by education departments in all regions and governorates of the Kingdom at the end of each academic year.

Al-Dahas pointed out that the stability of the educational staff helps to discipline the start of the school year, and enables schools to process the study schedules well before the start of the study, in addition to the psychological, moral and social stability of the educational staff.
