Spanish teenager Hugo Milan was killed in a tragic accident last Sunday, while participating in the “MOTO3” motorcycle race at the Spanish circuit of Aragon.
Milan, aged 14, was competing in the European Talent Cup, when he fell from his motorcycle, 13 laps from the finish line, but the greatest impact on his body came after another rider accidentally ran over him, to immediately raise the red flag in the circuit, which means The race was stopped due to a serious accident.
Spanish media reported that Milan received emergency treatment on the track, before being flown by helicopter to Zaragoza Hospital, but paramedics were unable to save his life.
The official account of the MotoGP races on Twitter mourned Milan, saying: “We are very sorry and saddened.”

For his part, Hugo Milan’s team, called the “Cradle of Champions”, said in a statement: “We deeply regret the departure of Hugo Milan forever.”
