Etisalat announced yesterday a new partnership with Yale Middle East to provide smart door locks, accessories and packages to contribute to providing peace of mind for customers and smart keyless entry to their homes.
Etisalat provides these services through flexible payment plans that include after-sales support and a one-year warranty from Yall, where Etisalat manages the customer’s experience in choosing the right product for him according to his needs. While Yall offers the installation of smart locks and accessories at an additional cost, Etisalat customers are exempted from installation fees.
Etisalat CEO Khaled Al-Khouli said: “Etisalat is committed to developing and providing an integrated system of smart home services in an effort to enrich customers’ experiences in the Internet of Things technology and enhance the levels of comfort, security and smart control in their homes. Etisalat exclusively provides its subscribers with the following smart lock packages “Linus Smart Lock”, “YDM4109A” and “YDM3109A”, through smart payment plans with installments of 12, 18 or 24 months for packages whose price exceeds 500 dirhams, while there is no Installment option for non-Etisalat subscribers in the UAE.
