The pudding with chocolate and biscuits is one of the cold and innovative desserts, intended to be served as hospitality in the summer. Discover the ingredients and preparation steps according to Chef Mireille, quoting from Al-Nahar website:
350 grams of plain biscuits
Two tablespoons of cocoa
– Two tablespoons of sugar
Three quarters of a cup of melted butter (120 g)
– ¼ cup of liquid milk
– 5 cups of liquid milk
– 5 tablespoons of starch
Three and a half tablespoons of cocoa
– 1 teaspoon vanilla
– Half a cup of sugar
Cream packet (150 g)
Crush the biscuits, add cocoa, sugar, butter and milk on top.
Stir the ingredients well, then pour the mixture into a greased tray, then put it in the fridge.
– Put the milk with the starch, cocoa, vanilla and sugar, and stir the ingredients on the cold.
– Put the mixture on the fire, and after it freezes, add the cream, then turn off the heat.
Remove the tray from the fridge, then pour the mixture over it.
Leave the tray to cool slightly, then put it in the fridge again for at least 3 hours.
After removing the tray from the fridge, put the cocoa on top with the walnuts.
