The Kingdom’s ambassador in the Spanish capital (Madrid) Azzam Abdul Karim Al-Qain said that with the beginning of the next academic year in September 2021 AD, the embassy and the cultural attaché will work to organize cultural programs offered by students in their universities; as ambassadors for their country. This came during a meeting held by the ambassador with students in Madrid yesterday (Friday).The Saudi ambassador began the meeting with a speech in which he stressed the keenness of the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Crown Prince to invest in education, support students and send them abroad. To be ambassadors for their country and bring knowledge to the country. He praised the efforts of the Cultural Attaché during the coronavirus pandemic, and the embassy’s role during the evacuation process.

On the vaccination of scholarship students, Al-Qain explained that the embassy is communicating with the relevant Spanish authorities, and that the Spanish Foreign Ministry has updated the information of those who have residency to vaccinate them, and the vaccination is done according to age. He stressed that some missions and embassies have been vaccinated according to the regulations of the provinces and age groups.
