First:

Authorizing His Highness the Minister of Foreign Affairs – or his representative – to discuss with the Chilean side a draft general agreement for cooperation between the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Government of the Republic of Chile, to sign it, and then submit the final signed copy to complete the legal procedures.

Second:

Approval of a memorandum of understanding for cooperation in the radio and television field between the Radio and Television Corporation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Iraqi Media Network in the Republic of Iraq.

Third:

Authorizing His Excellency the Minister of Investment – or his representative – to discuss with the British side a draft memorandum of understanding between the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to cooperate in the field of direct investment promotion, sign it, and then submit the final signed copy to complete the regulatory procedures.

Fourthly:

Approval of the joining of the Royal Commission for Al-Ula Governorate to the International Union for Conservation of Nature and its resources with independent membership.

Fifth:

Approval of the establishment of an academy called “Mad Sports Academy”, which is concerned with developing and developing sports talents, and exporting technical knowledge and methodologies to Sunni groups, and aims to achieve national, regional and continental sporting achievements.

Sixthly:

The Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture – with regard to the investment of lands that have deeds in favor of the Ministry, and the lands on which the Ministry issued allotment decisions in their favor before the date of the decision was issued – the provisions contained in the Regulations on the Disposal of Municipal Real Estate issued by Royal Decree No. (40152) dated 06/29/1441 AH.

Seventh:

Merging the “Public Pension Agency” into the “General Organization for Social Insurance”, and a number of arrangements mentioned in the decision.

Eighth:

Approving the final accounts of King Khalid University and Al Baha University.

Ninth:

Approval of the promotion of Eng. Saud bin Harisan bin Musleh Al-Enezi to the position of Undersecretary for Municipal Affairs at the fifteenth rank in the Municipality of Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah Region.
