The investigations with Carlos Ghosn continued.. This is how the lawyers responded

The defense team for former Nissan CEO Carlos Ghosn said on Friday that part of the file being examined by French investigative judges who questioned Ghosn this week should be declared null and void. One of his lawyers told reporters after the hearings: The defense team believes, based on a legal opinion presented by an expert, that part of the file should be declared null and void because it is tainted by mistakes made by the Japanese authorities.

It is noteworthy that former businessman Carlos Ghosn, who is targeted by an international arrest warrant issued by Interpol, has been forced to remain in Lebanon since he fled Japan in December 2019.Ghosn faces four charges, two of deferred income that was not declared to Japanese financial authorities, and two of breach of trust.

Ghosn asserted his innocence of the charges against him, and denounced a plot by some of the Japanese automaker’s top executives to bring him down.
