Yesterday, the Saudi Society for Quality in the Makkah region, remotely (via the Zoom platform), launched the first phase of the Quality Applications Program to improve the quality of life, as part of the Society’s new strategy with the aim of improving the life of the individual, family, community and its institutions to contribute to creating more vital options that enhance a positive lifestyle and increase the quality of life. Positive interaction of the individual with the community for sustainable community development.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Society’s branch, Dr. Khaled Al-Akwa, reviewed the most important stages and achievements of the branch of the Saudi Society for Quality in the Makkah region. After that, the Executive Director of the Society, Dr. Marzouq Al-Fahmy, gave an introductory presentation on the Saudi Society for Quality, its vision and objectives, and the committees of the Society’s branch in the Makkah region and the tasks of these committees, indicating that the Society Within its new strategy, it worked to form specialized volunteer committees in the areas of institutional communication, education, Hajj and Umrah, in the health field, in the field of services, and in the field of creativity and innovation.
After that, the association’s training director, Abdul Majeed Al-Najjar, gave a detailed presentation on the quality applications program to improve the quality of life, while the vice chairman of the board, Abdul Basit Khan, presented the program’s first scientific paper. In it, he talked about the Saudi Quality Certificate for the Beneficiary Services Centers (Hayyak).
