The Saudi Passports Directorate issued a warning to residents in the Kingdom, stressing that failure to comply with it will expose them to penalties amounting to deportation from the country..
And according to what the Saudi Passports Directorate published through its account on the social networking site “Twitter”, it stressed the importance of renewing the “resident identity” three days before its expiration..
The directorate explained that the penalty for non-compliance with renewing the identity is dealt with in stages, as in the first stage it amounts to a fine of “500 riyals” and in the second it reaches “1,000 riyals.”
And she stressed that the third time, the owner was subjected to the penalty of deportation from the Kingdom, as the financial penalties did not work.
