Saudi “Commerce”: Preventing the entry of non-vaccinated people from “Corona” to shops and outlets


The Saudi Ministry of Commerce announced that it will prevent the entry of those who are not immune from the “Corona” virus to shops and outlets, 48 ​​days from now.

The Ministry reiterated the necessity of continuing to prevent the holding of opening ceremonies in commercial stores, noting that any coverage of commercial stores by advertisers is considered a violation that requires the imposition of penalties.

For its part, the Saudi Ministry of Health announced, today (Sunday), a new statistic of the developments of the “Corona” virus in the Kingdom, during the past 24 hours, which included the registration of 1,017 confirmed cases, and the recovery of 1,133 cases, while the number of active cases reached 10,132 cases, including 1,575. Critical condition.

The statistics showed that the total number of injuries in Saudi Arabia reached 465,797 cases, and the number of recovery cases reached 448,093 cases. With regard to deaths, 19 new deaths were recorded, bringing the number of deaths to 7,572.

The statistics stated that the number of anti-coronavirus doses that were administered amounted to 15,687,142 doses.

And the spokesman for the Saudi Ministry of Health, Dr. Muhammad Al-Abd Al-Aali, said, during a press conference, that the curve of virus infections in the Kingdom fluctuates, stressing that continuing to adhere to preventive measures leads to reaping fruits, and that negligence in applying precautions leads to a setback.

He added that the ministry is close to giving 16 million doses of the anti-virus vaccine, and that the approach to achieving the desired goals to vaccinate the largest possible number of adults is imminent, noting that donating blood for those who received the two doses of the vaccine is not an obstacle.

The Saudi Ministry of Health warned against complacency in applying precautionary measures, and stressed the importance of adhering to preventive measures, such as wearing a mask, social distancing, sterilizing hands and not shaking hands to limit the spread of the Corona virus, in order to preserve health and safety. She stressed the importance of continuing to adhere to them until the community reaches safety.

The Ministry of Health advised everyone to contact the 937 Center for Consultations and Inquiries around the clock, to obtain information and to know the developments of the Corona virus.

Earlier, the Ministry of Health made it clear that obese people are most vulnerable to infection with the Corona virus and its severe complications, stressing that the vaccine should be taken to protect against complications of infection, while taking care to implement preventive measures.

She indicated that obesity causes weak immunity, chronic infections, and blood prone to clotting can lead – God forbid – to exacerbate the disease.

She pointed out that obesity-related diseases that increase the risk are diabetes, heart disease, “moderate to severe” asthma, high blood pressure, as well as liver and lung diseases and metabolic syndrome.

In addition, the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance today reopened 7 mosques after temporarily evacuating and sterilizing them in 3 regions, after 7 cases of infection with the Corona virus were confirmed among the worshipers, bringing the total that was completed sterilization and complete its readiness within 127 days, 1562 mosques, in the context of ensuring for the safety of the devotees.

The ministry explained that the mosques that were sterilized as a precaution, and reopened, are three mosques in the Qassim and Jazan regions, and one mosque in the Riyadh region.

And she indicated that these measures were taken to further ensure the safety of worshipers, in addition to the continuous cleaning and maintenance of all mosques, calling on worshipers and mosque employees to adhere to the instructions for precautionary measures when they go to mosques.
